Ruthie Lazenby (she/her) is the Shapiro Fellow in Environmental Law and Policy at UCLA School of Law for 2023-2025, where her work will focus on energy law and regulation. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University and her J.D. from Yale Law School. When she’s not researching electricity markets, she enjoys surfing and exploring the Eastern Sierra with her dog.
