Ross Zelen

Ross Zelen is a Research Fellow in the Climate Program at CLEE. Ross’s research focuses on implementation of climate change policy, with a specific focus on solutions to reduce methane emissions. Ross has worked in California environmental policy and public interest for much of the past decade, starting his career as an Executive Fellow at the California Air Resources Board. He has been admitted to the California bar.
