Julia Stein is Deputy Director for the Emmett Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at UCLA School of Law, where she co-directs the Frank G. Wells Environmental Law Clinic and directs the California Environmental Legislation Clinic. Prior to UCLA, she practiced at multinational and California-based law firms for nearly a decade, where she focused on environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, and land use practice.
