By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

Section 1. Purpose and Policy. As I announced in Executive Order 14172 of January 20, 2025 (Restoring Names That Honor American Greatness) and in my August 27, 2026, order renaming Lake Ontario as Lake America, it is the policy of my Administration to recognize the rich heritage of our history by naming great natural features for our shared achievements.

Sec. 2. Manosphere. (a) The air resource is a tremendous asset to the United States and part of our Nation’s heritage The air has long been an integral asset to American exploration, settlement, commerce, and defense. American men pioneered air travel, starting with the Wright Brothers. Moreover, we have exploited the air’s ability to absorb carbon dioxide more than any other nation on earth. Under my Administration, the Secretary of Defense has taken steps to ensure the world’s highest testosterone levels for  our great Air Force. The word “atmosphere” is inappropriate because it has Greek roots. Despite the manly achievements of Achilles and Odysseus, the Greeks contributed far less to the development of air travel and the current air transportation network, and they have contributed pitifully little carbon dioxide to enrich the air. I am therefore claiming the manosphere on behalf of America.

(b) Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of the Commerce (Secretary) shall take all appropriate actions to rename NOAA as “The National Oceanic and Manospheric Agency” or NOMA. The Secretary, conjointly with the appropriate federal agencies shall ensure that all government documents reflect the renaming of the air resource and remove all references to the “atmosphere” from all government documents. All federally funded educational institutions must do the same.

Sec. 3. Nothing in this order will affect the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. (b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations. (c) The costs for publication of this order shall be borne by the Department of Commerce.
