Hanna Payne (she/her) is a Climate Policy Research Fellow at UC Berkeley's Center for Law, Energy, and the Environment. Her work focuses on the intersection of climate change and land use, emphasizing equity-oriented adaptation and resilience-building initiatives across climate, conservation, and housing sectors. Hanna holds an M.A. in Environmental Communications and a B.S. in Human Biology, Human-Environmental Systems from Stanford University.
