Juan Pablo Escudero is a staff attorney at the Emmett Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at UCLA School of Law. His work lies in environmental, land use, and indigenous law both local and comparative. He previously worked as the coordinator of the environmental legislative agenda of the Government of Chile, and advised the Presidency of Chile on environmental and indigenous law issues.
