Kasia Kosmala-Dahlbeck

Kasia Kosmala-Dahlbeck is a Climate Change Policy Research Fellow at UC Berkeley's Center for Law, Energy, & the Environment. Her research focuses on frameworks for equity-oriented climate infrastructure development and community resilience to climate risks. Kasia received her M.Sc. from UCL's Institute for Sustainable Resources and her B.A. from UCLA.
