Logar earned his B.S. in Geology from Brown University, his Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy from University of Colorado, and his J.D. from University of Colorado Law School he was Lead Articles Editor for the Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Review. During law school, he received the Colorado Law Merit Scholarship, and the Gordon and Welda Allott Scholarship.
